1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship original artworks across India. International shipping is available on request for custom orders. Please contact us for international shipping quotes and timelines.

2. Processing Time

Ready Artworks:

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details

Custom Orders:

  • Processing time: 3-6 weeks depending on complexity
  • Timeline will be confirmed during consultation
  • You will be notified when your custom artwork is ready to ship

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within India:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Please note these are estimated times and may vary during festival seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the size and weight of the artwork and your delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value (promotional periods only).

5. Packaging

We take great care in packaging your artwork to ensure safe delivery:

  • Artworks are protected with multiple layers of bubble wrap
  • Placed in sturdy cardboard boxes with corner protection
  • Sealed and marked as "Fragile - Handle with Care"
  • Insured for the full value of the artwork

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • Courier partner details
  • Estimated delivery date
  • You can track your order in real-time using the tracking number

7. Delivery Process

At the time of delivery:

  • Signature confirmation is required upon delivery
  • Please inspect the package for any visible damage before accepting
  • If the package appears damaged, please note it on the delivery receipt
  • Contact us immediately if you notice any damage

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept:

  • The courier will attempt delivery 2-3 times
  • You will be contacted for redelivery arrangements
  • Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery
  • If not collected within 7 days, the order will be returned to us

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your shipment is lost or damaged during transit:

  • All shipments are fully insured
  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving damaged goods
  • We will file a claim with the courier and arrange replacement or refund
  • The process typically takes 7-14 business days
