Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the artwork has not been shipped. To cancel an order:

  • Contact us immediately via email or phone
  • Provide your order number and reason for cancellation
  • Cancellation requests after 24 hours or after shipping will not be accepted

2. Refund Policy for Ready Artworks

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the unique nature of original artworks:

  • Refunds are available only if the artwork is damaged during shipping
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the artwork
  • Provide clear photographs showing the damage
  • The artwork must be returned in its original packaging

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Custom Order Refunds

Custom orders are non-refundable once work has begun. This includes:

  • After the initial sketch has been approved by you
  • After the 50% advance payment has been processed
  • Any changes to specifications after approval

We provide sketch approval before starting work to ensure your satisfaction with the design.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photographs of the damage and packaging
  • We will arrange for replacement or full refund at our discretion
  • Return shipping will be covered by us

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Artworks where buyer changed their mind after receipt
  • Color variations (artworks may vary slightly from screen display)
  • Custom commissioned pieces after work has begun
  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged)

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different artwork, please initiate a return for refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
